I know a thing or two about kids getting bored during the summer months. I should, I have 3 kids. I have raised one and currently have a teen at home who will before long start with the typical 'I'm bored' pleas. Over the years I've learned, it is not enough to have the latest, greatest gaming system, every game for said system known to man. The newest Iphone or tablet won't do the trick either. I

School's out for summer! Almost. For some, the final day of school is this week followed by graduation. For others, there is one more grueling week left. Parents, I'm sure we all wish we could say it will be smooth sailing from here but as a mother of 3, I can safely say, that is absolutely not the case. A parent's job does not end when school does.

I decided a couple of weeks ago that in order to keep myself sane, I would put a picture of a place I've been on my cellphone lock screen. This is to remind myself that there will be travel again eventually, I can head back to the beach again one day, normalcy will return.
