As of lastnight, bars can now reopen in Texas and many here in West Texas are open for business as a result. Bars can open at 50% capacity with tables limited to six customers or less.
Woohoo bars can reopen! Earlier this week, Governor Abbott announced that beginning Tuesday October 14th bars can reopen as long as they follow certain guidelines. Midland and Ector county bars can open next week with these restrictions:
BREAKING NEWS:This morning Governor Abbott made the announcement that as of noon today bars here in Texas must close down again due to the spike in numbers across the state for COVID-19. Also, beginning on Monday June 29th, all restaurants must reduce capacity to only 50%.
