With a family of five, you probably already just know we have a lot of ice cream in the house, and with two of the three kids being girls, you can imagine our ice cream supply will continue to remain steady as it will one day be rivaled by the inventory of feminine hygiene products.
Breyer's Ice Cream has agreed to settle a complaint made against their brand of "Natural Vanilla." Turns out someone ran the product through a machine, and was able to determine that the flavor was not so natural after all and contained artificial vanilla flavoring.
Thank goodness Texas has Blue Bell, huh?
The lawsuit argues that people were likely fooled into buying the Breyer's product based on being called "Natural," and therefore they also likely paid more for the ice cream because they believed it was a superior product.
