The Pet Angel Tree: A Chance to Spread Kindness

In addition to adoptions, the PARC is running a heartwarming "Pet Angel Tree" initiative. This program allows community members to give back by supporting the animals still awaiting their homes. The tree is adorned with ornaments, each representing a specific pet in need. Donors can select an ornament and provide gifts or funds to ensure that animal receives the care it deserves.

Why Adopt This Holiday Season?

The holidays are a time for love, connection, and gratitude—qualities pets bring into our lives every day. By adopting during the "Empty the Shelters Holiday Hope Event," you’re not just giving an animal a home; you’re also freeing up space for the PARC to rescue more pets in need.

How to Participate

Adopting is simple:

  1. Visit the PARC in person or check out their list of adoptable pets online at allkindabilene.org.
  2. Meet your future furry family member.
  3. Take home a bundle of love for half the usual cost.

For those not ready to adopt, the "Pet Angel Tree" provides another meaningful way to contribute.

A Season of Second Chances

The inaugural holiday event at the PARC is more than just an adoption drive—it’s a celebration of second chances. Whether you’re adopting a pet or donating to the "Pet Angel Tree," you’ll be part of a community effort to ensure that every animal in Abilene feels the warmth of the holiday season.

Andrea Robinson sums it up best: “We’re here to make a difference in the lives of these animals, and we can’t wait to see them bring joy to their new families.” Don’t miss this opportunity to make a lasting impact. Visit the PARC before December 15th and help create holiday magic for animals in need.
