One of the most admirable traits of our West Texas community is the ability to come together in the wake of a tragedy and help our friends and neighbors. Now more than ever our help is needed. It is time to unite and do what we can to assist the victims and families of the Hunt for Heroes Tragedy. Many are more than willing to help but don't know exactly how? In the days and weeks ahead you will be hearing of organizations, United Blood Services, churches, businesses and such, taking monetary donations, looking for blood donors and more importantly asking for PRAYERS for the families that have been affected by this horrible tragedy.

Do your part, to give back to these true HEROES who without a doubt, have done their part to protect and care for us! Be the person in your workplace to take up a collection, or your church, or gather a group to donate blood, volunteer in any way needed. You can start by joining us, Townsquare Media, B93, along with our sister stations and media partner NewsWest 9, beginning at 6:30 Friday morning at the Taco Villa on Midland Dr. and Andrews Hwy in Midland as we take your generous cash donations. Any amount you can stop by and give will help a great deal. It's time for our community to stand together and help one another as we have so graciously done in the past.
