What Is THAT Gonna Be? Music City Mall, Old Sears Location?

Time for another edition of 'What Is That Gonna Be'?  We all drive around and see stuff being built and ask ourselves that very question. We get curious and even excited about what might be. It's always cool to get new business in the Permian Basin.

So...WHAT'S THIS GONNA Be? It's the OLD SEARS location at the Music City Mall. Any ideas and/or are there any signs that say what it  is?
