What Are They Doing Now?

Have you ever noticed that there are certain spots in the 4-3-2 that are always under construction? Earlier this week I just happened to be in the vicinity of University and Grandview and I thought to myself OMG again? This particular road is always under construction!

I'm not over in that area often, but it seems that when I am, there is always something going on. That is the case with certain roads, streets or intersections in the 4-3-2 isn't it? What are some places where you know without a doubt that if you plan to travel in the area, there will always be some sort of road construction?
