Kodak Black is once again a free man and his fans are sharing their thoughts on social media after hearing the news.

XXL learned early this morning (June 5) that Kodak Black, born Dieuson Octave, was released from Broward County Sheriff’s Office. The rapper's release was contingent on his completion of a 30-day life skills course behind bars. A judge allowed Kodak to complete the course in exchange for reducing his sentence to 180 days.

The South Florida rapper has been in and out of the pen in the last calendar year. Kodak didn't have the chance to celebrate the release of his major label debut album, Painting Pictures, back in March because he was behind bars for five counts of violating his house arrest. The LP moved 71,000 equivalent units in its first week, earning the No. 3 spot on the Billboard 200 chart.

Kodak went on Instagram live on his way home from jail and started to talk to his fans directly. With the rapper gaining his newfound freedom once again, fans online are freaking out. Some people are already requesting new music from him to make up for lost time while other fans are advising the 19-year-old to keep his circle tight and stay low for the remainder of his probation. Either way, most are happy to have the "Project Baby" back again.
