It's Transformation Tuesday! After three children, it's time. Seeing as how the factory is shut down, time for me to figure out a way to get the 'baby weight' off. lol Momma's can relate.

Unless you are Gisele Bundchen or Heidi Klum who have superhuman genes and can have a baby one day and be on the cover of a magazine the next, the average woman tends to struggle with losing weight after having a baby. So what do you do? Find something you love to do and by gosh stick with it! For many years people would tell me, you have to exercise, you have to move (eat less of course) and stay active.

I didn't listen, until I discovered what's pictured. Zumba! This is my 4th Zumba video and I do it in the privacy of my home on my son's Wii, in his room, with the door CLOSED! No need to make a spectacle of myself in front of peeps. lol No excuses! If your kids have a gaming system of any kid, you can usually find Zumba for it. Love it, highly recommend it! Great music, great moves, high energy!
