The Most Annoying Sound EVER-Do You Agree?

I have been dealing with the most annoying sound EVER for the past few weeks. Honestly, if you don't agree with it being the most annoying, there is something wrong with you. lol Apparently I have a couple of cats whose 'secret meeting place' is outside my house.....at night.

When I first heard 'the noise' I seriously thought it was my 14 month old crying. Funny and creepy at the same time. lol If you don't know what I'm talking about, or if you have never heard the sound, all you have to do is hit up the internet, I'm sure it will not be hard to find! So now, I need some help. Nevermind the fact that 'pimp cat' has been rendezvousing in my backyard a couple of times a week (no joke), what can I do to get rid of the problem? I just want them to find another meeting place. lol
