One word: YUM! Current workplace sitch. I love, love, love days like this when the boss brings in some goodies! Leo and I ate like a king and queen this morning with those cinnamon rolls and bagels...

The.struggle.is.real. This is my work space for 4 hours every week day. A chair, a mic a, blanket and a sweater. Why is that? Because the only setting Leo knows is meat locker that's why! It doesn't what I'm wearing, I will still be cold.

For those of us who worked from home when quarantine began and now possibly have gone back to work, have you decided yet which you like better? There are pros and cons to both. I know many of us truly enjoyed being home with our children or families but we sometimes like the routine.

Let's get back to work.

Is this you right now? Are you social distancing, working from home and this has become your new norm? Zoom, Skype, Google Teams, whatever you use because of everything we are dealing with right now, this is how we are staying in touch....with coworkers for meetings, with teachers for schoolwork and family to check in but stay safe.

Now that we are all practicing keeping social distances and self-quarantining at home with our families we are somewhat getting used to our 'new normal.' For me that means bringing my little one to work. I am very lucky to work at an establishment that allows me to do so, to have a super cool boss that understands. It may be the same for many of you as well.

What's that awful smell is a question you hear from time to time if you have coworkers, like me, who meal prep and bring their lunch from home. Or who around 3 o'clock in the afternoon, enjoy a snack, like popcorn, which many in this building HATE the smell of, but I loooove. So what am I having for lunch today that is stinking the place up? See for yourself...

Work pet peeves. Does this little number drive you crazy? Does it have you wanting to scream 'RESET THE DAMN MICROWAVE' to the people you work with? It is what I came across when I went to warm up my lunch for today. I showed Leo and we both agreed....

Wow, really? A note to the ladies that I work with. Quit being lazy! Omg I do believe I am the only person that refills toilet paper and paper towels in this mug! How fun is it when you go to the ladies room, just assuming there will be a roll and are faced with this when it's all said and done. Geez Louise!
