Always 'backin the blue' an annual event that has become a staple here in West Texas is coming up later this month. Bustin' for Badges annual clay shoot fundraiser will be taking place on Thursday April 15th and Friday April 16th. The clay shoot will take place at Windwalker Farms Sporting Clays 2551 County Road C2801 in Stanton.

The OPD Summer Block Party is right around the corner! Get ready for a day full of fun on Saturday August 3rd at Floyd Gwin Park (1015 N. County Road West). This event is free to the public and you can take photos with OPD officers & get your kids fingerprinted.

Make plans to watch Midland Police Department take on the Odessa Police Department in a friendly game of hoops! The basketball challenge is going down on Tuesday the 21st, starting at 7:30 p.m. at Midland Christian School, 1709 Northrup. 'Battle of the Badges' will be tons of fun to watch and will raise money for a great cause as well.
