low cal

I am always looking for 'low cal' ways to cook for myself as opposed to the food my family eats. I am that person. I cook for my loved ones, then I will make a separate meal for myself. They are not on a diet, why should they have to eat the 'healthy' food that mom eats? lol

In the words of Craig David, 'what's your flavor?' Who doesn't love some Starbucks every now and then, or in some cases once a day, I don't judge. lol I'm on the hunt for a new Starbucks drink, preferably low-cal, low-fat, mocha choca latta....
