I think we all have a favorite snack or dish that reminds us of our childhood. Mom or dad would make it and in most cases, you would sit and enjoy it together. That was definitely the case with something yummy I made the other day. At this point, it's not even a question as to whether or not we are sitting at home eating, the question is now what are you eating? I went from baking everything from banana, chocolate chip, zucchini breads to this right here, a childhood fave, cottage cheese Jell-O salad. My mother would make this when I was little and boy would I eat it!

Remember yesterday when I said I am the 'pumpkin anything girl?' I wasn't kidding. One of my very favorite desserts at Thanksgiving is the pumpkin roll, except that it's too hard to make so I don't bother. I have one tia that makes them every year and she shares but she only gives us one. I'm like that's nice tia but what is everyone else going to eat? lol

Are you kidding me right now with this dessert? I was having lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings the other day when a girlfriend and I decided to order dessert and settled on this fabulous looking treat!
