This week's  Fit Friday is for the cause. Nothing like getting fit for the kids. This Saturday you can join MCH at the Elegante Fun  Dome from 12-6p and dance for the kids. It's the New Tech Dance Marathon and you dance away and help Children's Miracle Network...
