bad habit

I am on a roll today! Giving you tips on what not to do in certain situations. How not to get your iPhone stolen and now what not to do at the grocery store. FYI, yes I am speaking from experience. I did both of these things recently and learned a couple of hard lessons in the process.

Ok here's the thing, I have a nail biter in the family. Yuck! It's not cute, it's not attractive but I cannot criticize because I also bit my nails as a child. I remember back in the day my dad telling me he was going to put chile on my fingers, not that it would have helped, but he still threatened. lol

We all have vices, bad habits that we would love to break but sometimes it's easier said than done. My little one bites his fingernails like crazy. I used to when I was his age and I would get in trouble for it all the time. My parents always threatened to put chile on my fingers, even though it never happened.
