Spank Her! Young Girl Steals Phone [VIDEO]

Watch your phones! Here is a video of a young girl who steals a phone in public at a restaurant.  And, the sad thing about the whole thing is that her mom is in on the whole thing. I'm sure her mom encouraged the stealing and probably has done it before with her daughter. Notice how the young girl goes up behind the victim and the victim's' friend sees nothing. The whole thing is REAL SAD!  Keep your eyes open next time a little kid comes up behind you.
