Romeo and Bow Wow seemed to have an awkward relationship over the years. Both coming up as child MCs in the early 2000s, there always seemed to be a competition between the two as to who would rule the teen rap heartthrob world, and at times, there were even signs of beef. With Shad deciding to retire from rap, Miller recently took to Instagram to open up about his relationship with his rap contemporary.

Posting a throwback picture of both of them as kids, Rome captioned the photo, "Dear young Superstar, as kids we should've worked together, we should've toured together, we should've made movies together. The funny thing is, I never looked at Bow as competition. The world made it that way. When he was 14 I was only 11. From them late nights of us and @chrisbrownofficial hooping at UCLA (Fyi I bust everybody ass ha), to my teen dance parties, he was there.

He continued, "What the WORLD doesn't know is that ... Once upon a time, Bow was like my big lil bro. Although we had different views, he inspired me as a kid. Sadly this generation only cares about now, and oddly laughs at history. My pops always taught me to give people their roses while they could still smell them. Just some facts about the Lil Romeo x Lil Bow Wow saga for the fans. #tbt #wordswithrome."

It appears as though Master P's son recently suffered a neck injury. In another post, he uploaded a picture of himself with a neck brace on along with the caption, "The setbacks. The naysayers. The enemies... aren't here to defeat you but promote you. We grow in difficult times. It was only right I wear my @activefaithsports gear today. | Verse of the day: Romans 8:28 🙌🙏💪 #blessed."
