Props To Cinergy For Handling A Situation That Arose For Me Recently

I have to give major props to Cinergy, Odessa for taking control of a little 'situation' that arose when I watched a movie at their theater recently. I had an extremely rude man in my seats who refused to move, so when I went to management they handled it all very professionally. You can tell they are very well trained to handle any situation. 

When I approached someone at Cinergy, even though it was not the department he worked in, a gentleman stopped what he was doing and helped me by getting security and a manager. Having had my 3 children with me, I appreciated the help, the professionalism and the urgency with which the situation was handled. I had my tickets in hand so yes the rude man was in my seats and yes he did have to move, but I'm grateful for the Cinergy peeps for helping this momma out. Major props Cinergy!
