One of my childhood heroes will be here this Sunday and I could not be more excited! Olivia Newton John will here at the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center, after having to postpone her show a few months back, for health reasons. I grew up with siblings several years older than me, so I literally used to cruise the streets of Andrews with my sister and jam to.....yes, Olivia!

I watched the movies Grease and Xanadu with said sister and watched the Physical video over and over and over again when I was little. Wow, I'm aging myself! I remember thinking back in the day that she was so beautiful and would have given my right arm for her shiny, golden locks. I used to sing 'Hopelessly Devoted' from Grease into my hairbrush. lol

A couple of years ago when Leo and I were at our Children's Miracle Network convention in Florida, Marie Osmond, founder and huge CMN supporter, brought Olivia onstage as a surprise to the crowd and I wanted.to.die. Therefore, I will be there this Sunday to cross her concert off my bucket list! If you plan to attend, the great folks at the Wagner encourage everyone to wear pink in honor of Olivia, who is a cancer survivor and for the kick-off of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
