Lil Wayne delivered a wonderful gift to his fans on Christmas Day (Dec. 25). The rap vet dropped his long-awaited mixtape, Dedication 6.

Hosted by DJ Drama, the 15-song project features Weezy spitting nonsensical bars over instrumentals from this year’s hottest rap songs. Tunechi spits rhymes over Kendrick Lamar’s “DNA,” Lil Uzi Vert’s “XO TOUR Llif3” and 21 Savage’s “Bank Account” just to name a few.

Appearing on the mixtape is his Young Money artists Gudda Gudda ("Boyz 2 Menace"), Cory Gunz ("Let Em All In") and HoodyBaby ("My Dawg"). Interestingly, Nicki Minaj teams up with Wayne on “5 Star,” which is a flip of Post Malone’s No. 1 hit “Rockstar.”

Wayne went on Twitter to thanked his fans for their patience and unwavering support. "I thank u all so fkn much for the luv n support!!!!! & I wish u all a very Merry Christmas and a happy Tune year! Go D6! Sikksh!t," he tweeted.

D6 should hold fans over until Wayne releases his much-delayed album, Tha Carter V. The project is currently being held hostage until Wayne gets his $51 million from Cash Money CEO Birdman.

“It’s on the shelf, just ready to drop. I ain’t gotta do that," he states. "I move on and keep it moving and give them what I’m doing right now. Carter V is ready to be listened to. It’s just gotta be listened to the right way and like I said, I’m not gonna give it to them wrong.”
