A new study revealed that the average woman criticizes herself 8 times a day! They say we are our own worst critics right? This study is actually surprising to me, not because of the criticizing part because I know I do that on a regular basis but because most of us do it 8 times a day!

The top 3 things we say when we do criticize are:

  1. I'm too chubby
  2. my hair is a mess
  3. I don't exercise enough/at all

Wow! I do find myself saying 'I need to lose weight' on a regular basis so yes, I too am guilty. Think about it, ladies, do you do this? And if so, what is it that you criticize yourself about the most?
