It seems as though Kanye West was truly inspired by his partner-in-rhyme Kid Cudi after the two hit the stage to perform tracks from their Kids See Ghosts album at Camp Flog Gnaw over the weekend. Yesterday (Nov. 12), the "I Love It" rapper hit up Twitter to inform his followers just how amazing he felt after performing alongside Cudder. He also revealed that he will be delaying the release of his Yandhi album, which was scheduled to drop later this month.

"It felt so good being on the stage last night with my brother Cudi," Ye tweeted. "After performing again, I realize the new album I’ve been working on isn’t ready yet. I’ll announce the release date once it’s done. Thank you for understanding.

Kid Cudi responded to Ye's announcement with nothing but love.

"Love you big bro!!" Cudi tweeted.

At Tyler, The Creator's Camp Flog Gnaw carnival, Yeezy and Cudi hit the stage to perform songs like "Reborn," "Fire," "Free (Ghost Town Pt. 2)" and "4th Dimension." The longtime friends also received some backlash for their set design at the show. Singer Lorde, who once called ’Ye her "idol," has accused Kanye and Kid Cudi of ripping off her 2017 Coachella set, comprised of a rectangular glass box that hovers above the stage with dancers inside.

"I'm proud of the work I do and it's flattering when other artists feel inspired by it, to the extent that they choose to try it on themselves," wrote Lorde, who previously collaborated with Kanye for a remix of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Pt. 1  single, "Yellow Flicker Beat." "But don't steal -- not from women or anyone else -- not in 2018 or ever."

Neither he nor Cudi have responded to the accusations of stealing Lorde's set design. A video of Kanye dancing in the glass box at the show also went viral.

This is the second time Kanye West has pushed back his follow-up to his Ye album, which dropped over the summer and has since been updated with tweaks to songs. Prior to being slated to drop on Black Friday, the Chicago native had originally planned to drop Yandhi on Sept. 29, which is the same night that he performed songs like "We Got Love" and "I Love It" with Lil Pump on Saturday Night Live.
