Jay Rock is giving back to the youth with the help of one of his biggest songs this year, "Win."The Redemption MC announced today (Aug. 28) he is holding a contest for school marching bands across the nation with a $10,000 prize.

"I Got 10 Bands For The School Marching Band That Creates The Dopest Arrangement To My Hit Singles 'WIN' & 'King’s Dead' !! Who Down For The Challenge??" he tweeted out. Rock also shouted out Southern University's renowned marching band Human Jukebox with the hopes they would participate in the challenge.

Though the contest apparently commenced earlier this month, there is still plenty of time for willing participants. The rules are simple: bands will have to fill out a submission form along with the video of their arrangements of "King's Dead" and "Win," provided their institution is publicly acknowledged. The competition's $10,000 grand prize will be awarded directly to the winning high school, college or university, or their respective music program. For more information you can visit Jay Rock's official website here.

There's no doubt the submissions will come rolling in as the days progress. "King's Dead," a standout single on both Redemption and Black Panther: The Album was certified 2x multi-platinum on July 12. In June, Jay Rock revealed he wasn't aware Future had a verse on the Mike Will Made-It-produced cut, which also featured Kendrick Lamar. "Basically I didn't even know he had the Future verse. I did my verse and then I went out and came in and Future on this muthafucka," he told The Breakfast Club.

Jay Rock is currently preparing to embark on The Big Redemption Tour with fellow Cali rhymer Reason and Trouble of Atlanta. Catch them in Kansas as they kick off the tour on Sept. 12, with the last show slated for Oct. 29 in Los Angeles.
