Is Spanking Your Kids Wrong?

This is a touchy subject for a lot of people. Not many people are on the fences about it either. Most the of the folks I know are 100% for it or 100% against it. The problem is, now a days you can get into big trouble for spanking your kids. 1 swing of the belt too hard and you're looking at jail time. What I wanna know is where the line is? More and more kids are out of control than ever and spanking is on the decline, yet anti-spanking experts insist their ways work better. I myself am on the fences about it. I've never been a parent who uses spanking as a go to. It's usually a last resort. Kids will do anything to get what they want if you let them and they need to know that what they want and what's best for them aren't always the same thing. What's your opinion on the subject?
