How to say Happy Birthday? Really, there is etiquette for wishing someone Happy Birthday.

Here are some birthday etiquette tips, according to "Time" magazine:  Wish your spouse a happy birthday in person . . . text or call siblings as soon as it's their birthday at midnight . . . call close friends and family members . . . send other friends a text . . . and the only time it's okay to JUST say happy birthday on Facebook is when that's the only way you communicate with them.
