How to Find Out When Your Flight is Taking Off

According to CNN, American Airlines has instituted a “system-wide ground delay” until 4:00PM today.

It seems the problem has to do with its reservation and booking tool and the network had been experiencing “intermittent outages.”

American estimates it flies about 275,000 passengers a day and receives more than 239,000 reservations calls.
