Last night on American Idol one of the most awkward moments in the history of the show went down. Idol judge Harry Connick Jr. came down on contestant Quentin Alexander. The question is...was he right to do so? In case you missed it, here is what went down:

So, in my personal opinion Harry did the right thing. This kid was being a punk and as Harry put it, 'don't bite the hand that feeds you and pays a lot of money for you to be here.' This is why I love Harry, he's a tell it like it is kind of guy. If Quentin had such a problem with his friends being on 'the chopping block' then why don't you take their place and go home yourself? How 'whack' is that? What did you think of the exchange and which do you think was out of line, Harry or Quentin?
